All international orders are shipped with CURIER.
All customers get a tracking number so they can follow their package during the whole transit time.
CURIER delivers your package to your door between 08:00-19:00 (local time) and is only delivered if someone is there to sign for the package.
Shipping Time & Cost
Domestic (Italy) €10 - 1 to 2 working days
Europe From € 18 - 2 to 4 working days
North America From € 35 - 2 to 3 working days (Price for one product)
Rest of the World From € 40 - 2 to 4 working days (Price for one products)

CURIER makes three attempts to deliver your package. If you’re not home on the first attempt the next attempt will be on the following day.
CURIER does not deliver on weekends or local holidays.
It is not possible to have a shipping address that differs from the billing address.
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us at SUEDE, please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations. We deduct VAT for international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return for refund.If you'd like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don't pack and ship the order.The cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from the reimbursement, and any costs related to customs duties for goods to be returned in the case of return from countries outside Europe will also be deducted from the refund.
How to open a return request:
Write an email to , indicate the order you want to return, and submit the return request by selecting the product you want to return, with photos and motivation.
Wait a few days. We'll notify you when your new product is ready. Wait for confirmation of the return, then ship the product you want to return to Eco-FLexy. The return shipment is the customer's responsibility.
The element must be unused and in a new condition.
Both the returned item and the packaging must be in conditions not used as new conditions, if the package is damaged, we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the goods.
If you want to exchange the product for another size, color or product, please place a new order and make a return of your other product/ .
SUEDE does not reimburse shipping costs.
If you place an order and reject the package when it arrives, you will not receive a full refund for your order. You will be charged for shipping costs and also an additional penalty of 10% of the value of the orders. The Itailan Act applies to your contract when you buy with us.
Items in Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are considered final sale when the discount is 50% off or more before using any promo code.
